Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SkyBooker's travel assistance services, including phone-based agent support, our website at skybooker.top, and related services. By calling our phone number or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of our service

SkyBooker is an independent third-party travel assistance service. We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any airline mentioned on this site. We help travellers process changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings on airline tickets that the traveller has already purchased.

All airline policies, fees, fare rules, and ticket terms are determined and enforced by the airlines themselves. SkyBooker does not set or guarantee any airline's policy.

3. Service fees

For most simple changes and cancellations, you pay only the airline's standard fees. SkyBooker may charge a service fee of $25–$75 for complex bookings (multi-passenger groups, multi-airline itineraries, name corrections, refund escalations). All fees are disclosed and verbally authorized on the call before any charge is made. By authorizing a fee, you agree it is non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

4. Authorization to act

When you call SkyBooker and request that we make a change or cancellation on your booking, you are authorizing us to contact the airline as your travel agent and make the requested modification using your provided booking details. This authorization is granted verbally on the call.

5. Information accuracy

The fees, policies, and rules described on this website are indicative and based on publicly available airline information. They may change without notice. The fee on your specific ticket depends on your fare class, booking source, and timing — your agent will verify the exact fee on the call before processing.

SkyBooker is not liable for changes to airline policies that occur after your booking or for differences between published policy and the policy applied by the airline to your specific ticket.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyBooker's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to SkyBooker for the specific transaction. We are not liable for airline-related costs (fare differences, change fees, missed connections, accommodation, or consequential damages).

7. Refunds

SkyBooker service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered (i.e., the agent has processed your request). Airline fees and fare differences are subject to the airline's refund rules. If a service fee was charged in error or the service was not provided, contact support@skybooker.top within 30 days for review.

8. Permitted uses

You agree to use SkyBooker only for legitimate travel-assistance purposes. You will not:

9. Intellectual property

The SkyBooker name, logo, website design, and content are owned by SkyBooker. Airline names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive identification only.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when the most recent changes were made. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage for 30 days. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
