About SkyBooker
SkyBooker is an independent travel assistance service helping US travellers handle the messy stuff that airline websites can't — changes, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings on international flights.
What we do
We answer the phone when airline call centers have you on hold. We process flight changes for tickets booked through OTAs that airline self-service tools refuse to touch. We file EU261 claims and refund escalations. We help travellers understand fare rules, work out fare differences, apply miles to fees, and find rebooking paths that the website doesn't show.
Our agents handle 40+ international airlines daily. They know which fare classes allow what, which schedule changes entitle you to free rebookings, and which involuntary-change clauses you can invoke when the website is trying to charge you $400 for a change that should be free.
Who we are
SkyBooker is operated by independent licensed travel professionals based in the United States. Our agents are certified through industry training and have an average of 8 years of travel-industry experience, including airline operations, GDS administration (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo), and customer service.
We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with any airline. We work as travel-industry intermediaries through licensed channels, the same way a brick-and-mortar travel agency does — except we're available by phone 24 hours a day.
How we make money
For most simple changes and cancellations, you pay only the airline's standard fees and we earn a small commission from the airline through the standard travel-distribution model (same as any travel agency).
For complex bookings — multi-passenger groups, multi-airline itineraries, name corrections, partially-flown tickets, refund escalations — we may charge a service fee of $25–$75. This fee is disclosed and authorized before processing anything.
We don't sell information. We don't share your data with third parties beyond what's necessary to process your specific change. We don't up-sell hotels, insurance, or extras.
Our approach
We are direct and honest. If your change is already easy to do on the airline website, we'll tell you so and point you there. If the option you're asking about will cost you more than staying put, we'll say so. If we can't help with something, we'll tell you who can.
We do not employ high-pressure sales tactics. We do not charge for quotes. We do not charge for advice. You only pay if you choose to authorize a change.
