SkyBooker is an independent travel assistance service that helps US travellers change, cancel, and rebook international flights. We are not an airline. We work with airlines through licensed travel-industry channels to process your changes.
No. We are completely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any airline mentioned on this site. All airline trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
For most simple changes and cancellations, you pay only the airline's standard fees. We do not charge a service fee on top. For complex bookings (groups, multi-airline, name corrections), a service fee of $25–$75 may apply. All fees are disclosed before processing.
Yes. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. There is no after-hours surcharge.
Most simple changes complete in 5–15 minutes. Complex itineraries (multi-leg, multi-passenger, multi-airline) may take 20–40 minutes. The new ticket arrives by email within minutes after the call ends.
Yes — and this is one of the most common scenarios where we help. Many airline websites cannot directly modify tickets booked through OTAs. We have direct access to the GDS systems where these tickets are held.
Under US Department of Transportation rules, if you booked a flight from a US-based source with departure at least 7 days away, you have 24 hours from booking to cancel for a full cash refund — even on non-refundable fares. This applies on most airlines including Lufthansa, BA, Air Canada, KLM, and Qantas.
EU Regulation 261/2004 entitles passengers on EU-departing flights to €250–€600 in compensation per passenger if their flight is cancelled or significantly delayed (3+ hours on arrival), and the cause was within the airline's control. We can help you file these claims.
If your refund is more than 30 days overdue, we can submit formal escalation through industry channels. We can also help you initiate a credit-card chargeback if the airline is in clear violation of its own refund policy or US DOT rules.
Many airlines allow this — Air Canada Aeroplan, BA Avios, Lufthansa Miles & More, Singapore KrisFlyer, and others. We can run the calculation and apply miles if it's the best option for you.
Yes. Award tickets have their own change and cancellation fee structures, typically lower than cash tickets. We process these regularly.
You are entitled to either a full cash refund (not just credit) within 7 business days OR a free rebooking on the next available flight, regardless of fare class. We process either option.
Yes — and most airline websites fail at this. Minor spelling corrections (typos under 3 characters) are usually free if requested before check-in. Larger corrections or legal name changes require documentation and live-agent processing.
Yes. We routinely handle changes and cancellations for groups of 5–30 passengers, which is where airline self-service tools typically fail.
Within the 24-hour grace window: yes, full cash refund. Outside that window: Basic Economy fares are typically non-refundable, but exceptions exist for involuntary changes (airline cancellation, schedule change of 2+ hours, illness with documentation). We can identify any path to refund eligibility.
Yes, for quality and verification purposes. By calling, you consent to recording in accordance with applicable US state laws. Recordings are retained for 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Primary service language is English. Spanish-speaking agents are available 24/7. Other languages on request — let us know when you call.
Have your booking reference (PNR or ticket number) ready if possible. If not, we can usually find your reservation with your name and the airline. Your email address and contact phone number help us send confirmation.
Calls are toll-free from US numbers. Your phone carrier does not charge for the call. We do not bill you for the call itself.
Yes. We process payment through PCI-compliant systems and do not store credit-card numbers after processing. Service fees, fare differences, or fees are charged only with your explicit verbal authorization on the call.
